There are no additional fees for on-site visits!
Most visits take around 1-3 hours. If necessary, I will come back at a later time or the next day to complete the maintenance if the check-up does last longer then 3 hours. For businesses, I am available for service before opening and after hours.

For other support and services, including instruction or consultation, a flat rate of $50 is charged for the first hour, and $10 for every 15 minutes thereafter.
Recommended Frequency
Most businesses will see best results in a weekly, or bi-weekly maintenance plan. This is extremely important, specially to make sure proper that proper data back-ups have the most current copy of your work files.
Home users benefit the most with having monthly maintenance visits. Additional visits can be arranged to take care of special issues, or home use instruction in between.
